ok, so basically, a pivot movie is where you get about 3 or more people, and then you will write an animating script for each of them, this will tell each person exactly what to animate, and who animates in what order, like this:

(random person 1) main stkman runs for 3 steps, stops and almost falls off the end of the building.

(random person 2) as main stkman hangs there, evil stkman walks(5 steps) to the edge of the building.

(random person 1) evil stkman grabs main stkmans fingers and pulls them off ledge, then drops him.

(random person 3) main stkman starts to fall but grabs hold of the top of a window and swings in.

ok, like that, and you can also suggest how many frames each part should be done in.

to recruit animators you should have each part set out as this

(part 1) main stkman runs for 3 steps, stops and almost falls off the end of the building.

(part 2) as main stkman hangs there, evil stkman walks(5 steps) to the edge of the building.

(part 3) evil stkman grabs main stkmans fingers and pulls them off ledge, then drops him.

(part 4) main stkman starts to fall but grabs hold of the top of a window and swings in.

and then, offer to do one, two, three etc parts, like just say:

(random person 1 says) ill do part 1 and part 3

and then you will show that those parts are taken like this:

(random person 1) main stkman runs for 3 steps, stops and almost falls off the end of the building.

(part 2) as main stkman hangs there, evil stkman walks(5 steps) to the edge of the building.

(random person 1) evil stkman grabs main stkmans fingers and pulls them off ledge, then drops him.

(part 4) main stkman starts to fall but grabs hold of the top of a window and swings in.

then, once all parts are filled, the person who chose to animate part 1 will start animating that part, then once hes finished, he will pm, or email or whatever the .piv format animation on to the person who is doing part 2, and then he will animate part 2, and this will go on until the whole animation is finished
